# VISAS & ENTRY TO NEPAL
Q. How can I obtain a visa for Nepal?
Most travelers can get a Visa on Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) or designated land borders.
You’ll need:
• A valid passport (at least 6 months validity)
• Visa fee (cash in USD preferred or credit card)
o 15 Days – $30 USD
o 30 Days – $50 USD
o 90 Days – $125 USD
• First-night address in Nepal (for the form)
Digital kiosks will take your photo; no passport photo required.

Q. How do I book a trip with Adventure Aspirant?
Booking is easy!
1. Browse our tour packages on the website.
2. Click the yellow “Book Now” button.
3. Complete the booking form and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
4. Pay the deposit to confirm your trip.
Q. What confirms my reservation?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send a confirmation email with booking details and receipt.
Q. How much do I need to pay upfront?
• Nepal trips: 20% of the total cost
• Bhutan or Tibet trips: 45% of the total cost
Q. How do I pay the remaining balance?
The balance is paid upon arrival in Kathmandu—via cash, credit card, or cheque.
Note: Card payments incur a 3–4% bank service charge.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the trip.
• The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Q. What is the booking process summary?

Q. What if I cancel mid-trek?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for early returns due to personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Yes! Our team will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport with a signboard and transfer you to your hotel.
Q. Are your guides qualified and fluent in English?
Yes. All our guides are government-certified, fluent in English, and highly experienced.
Q. Is tipping mandatory?
Tipping is optional but appreciated. It’s a cultural norm in Nepal and reflects your satisfaction with the service.

Q. What kind of food is served during treks?
Most lodges offer:
• Nepali (Dal Bhat)
• Indian, Tibetan, and Chinese meals

Q. How is luggage managed during the trek?
Each porter carries luggage for 2 trekkers. You’ll carry a daypack with essentials; porters carry your main gear.
Q. Will I have internet or mobile access during the trek?
Mobile coverage is available in many trekking areas. Wi-Fi may be limited or unavailable in remote spots. Guides carry phones for emergencies.
Q. Do I need to pay extra for a guide or porter?
No, these are included in your tour package—no hidden fees.
Q. What’s the baggage limit on domestic flights (e.g., Lukla, Jomsom)?
• Total limit: 15 kg (33 lbs) including hand + checked baggage
• Extra weight may incur additional fees
