Trekking Equipment Lists
If you’re planning a trekking adventure with Adventure Aspirant and wondering what gear you’ll need, we’ve prepared a comprehensive equipment guide for your convenience. You can adjust this list according to your preferences and requirements.
In case you’re unable to purchase certain items in your hometown or are short on time before your trip, don’t worry—most of these essentials are easily available in Kathmandu.
Please note: aside from your daypack, all other luggage will be transported by porters. Each porter is shared between two trekkers and can carry up to 25 kg in total. Therefore, packing wisely and keeping your bag lightweight is important.
For domestic flights, there is a baggage allowance of 15 kg per person (To/from Lukla and Jomsom). Extra belongings that are not required for the trek can be safely stored at your hotel at no additional charge.
