Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m)

Upon landing at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu, our Adventure Aspirant representative will greet you holding a name card. You will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. After refreshing yourself, you can explore the vibrant tourist area of Thamel. In the evening, join us for a welcome dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant.

Day 2: Drive to Syange (1100m)

An early start takes you on a scenic journey by commuter bus to Syange. Though the drive from Kathmandu lasts about 7-8 hours, you’ll enjoy Nepal’s picturesque countryside, including flowing rivers, lush greenery, and terraced farms. Overnight stay in Syange.

Day 3: Trek to Dharapani (1900m)

Today’s trail involves crossing suspension bridges over the Marsyangdi River twice. The path is undulating, passing beautiful waterfalls and rugged cliffs. You’ll walk through charming villages such as Chamje and Tal before reaching Dharapani, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 4: Trek to Chame (2650m)

The route today winds through enchanting oak and rhododendron forests. From Danaque, enjoy sporadic views of Mount Manaslu and Annapurna II. The trail passes through small settlements like Timang and Thanchowk, traversing pine forests and farmland before arriving at Chame for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Trek to Pisang (3250m)

Experience dramatic gorges, crystal-clear rivers, lush pastures, and cascading waterfalls. You’ll be treated to views of Lamjung Himal and surrounding peaks. Passing through settlements like Thaleku, Barathang, and Paungi Danda, you’ll arrive at Pisang, where you’ll stay overnight.

Day 6: Trek to Manang (3540m)

Entering the drier region, you’ll take the northern trail toward Manang. The path is challenging but rewarding, with spectacular landscapes and stops at Ghyaru and Ngawal villages. Day 7: Acclimatization and Exploration Day at Manang (3540m)

Take the day to acclimatize with a leisurely tour around Manang. Hike to the stunning Gangapurna Lake with its turquoise waters and sparse vegetation. Spend the afternoon discovering local culture by wandering through Manang’s village streets.

Day 8: Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m)

Resume trekking through alpine forests and cross a river before passing settlements like Khangsar and Siri Kharka. The trail can be rocky and involves landslide areas but rewards you with breathtaking sunset views over the mountains. Overnight at Tilicho Base Camp.

Day 9: Hike to Tilicho Lake and Trek to Shree Kharka (3900m)

Today you hike to the magnificent Tilicho Lake, set at the foot of Tilicho Peak. The lake’s pristine turquoise water surrounded by towering peaks is a sight to behold. After soaking in the scenery, trek back to Tilicho Base Camp and continue to Siri Kharka for your overnight stay.

Day 10: Trek to Yak Kharka (4050m)

Descend towards Thare Gomba, then continue to Old Kangsar. The path passes summer pastures where herders bring their cattle. Enjoy views of the Marsyangdi River valley as the trail joins the main Annapurna Circuit route. Cross the Mani wall and arrive at Yak Kharka for overnight accommodation.

Day 11: Trek to Thorong Phedi (4533m)

Day 14: Trek to Ghorepani (2874m)

Day 15: Sunrise Hike to Poon Hill (3210m) and Trek to Tadapani (2590m)

Day 16: Trek to Ghandruk (1940m)

Day 17: Trek to Nayapul and Drive to Pokhara (827m)

On your final trekking day, descend to Nayapul through beautiful landscapes. From Nayapul, a private vehicle takes you to Pokhara in about two hours. After check-in, explore the charming lakeside city. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 18: Drive to Kathmandu (1400m)

Travel back to Kathmandu by tourist bus, stopping for lunch and refreshments. Enjoy scenic views of rivers, greenery, and local villages along the way. Upon arrival, check into your hotel, then join us for a farewell dinner. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 19: Departure from Kathmandu (1400m)

Rooms are generally provided on a twin-sharing basis. Single rooms can be arranged upon request, though they involve an additional cost. In cities like Kathmandu and Pokhara, many rooms include private bathrooms. However, in higher trekking regions, facilities are more basic, and shared bathrooms are common. Private rooms are mostly available only in Kathmandu and Pokhara due to limited infrastructure at higher altitudes.

Meals

While in Kathmandu and Pokhara, you can enjoy a variety of dishes, including traditional Nepali cuisine as well as international options such as Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian meals.

During the trek, food options are more limited and depend on what is available at teahouses.
